If you are interested in being a vendor, the cost is $25.00 for a 15 X 15 area and electricity will be available if you need it.  Participants must provide their own tables, chairs, extension cords, and gazebo/tent/blankets.  We are looking for hand-crafted items, no mass produced or imported art, crafts, or jewelry. Each entry will be individually reviewed to meet these requirements.  If you sell hand made soaps, jams, jellies, meats, chocolates, or other consumables please ensure your product meets state and federal guidelines for safety and/or consumption.  Tax forms will be made available to all participants (self reporting).

 All fees are non-refundable.  In case of inclement weather an alternate day will be chosen for the event.


You will be contacted by the JCAC regarding your booth location in May. All vendors are expected to arrive early enough to be completely set-up and ready to go by 10am and are also expected to remain until 4pm. Thank you for respecting this policy. We wish to provide a successful event for all participants, and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
