Heaberlin Guidelines

Approved scholarships will be paid directly to the organization operating the program for which the scholarship was applied.

Scholarships will be voted on by the Junction City Arts Council Scholarship Committee.

Applicants will be notified by mail of the board’s decision.

The scholarship application must be received no less than 45 days before the start of the program.
